About 
Being on a spiritual journey for many decades I decided to share some wisdom and create a space that others can join with me on this incredible journey.  

I received meditation teacher training at the Kripalu school in Stockbridge, MA. Meditation has now become an everyday practice. It has the power to foster deep relaxation, focus and compassion for ourselves and others.

My journey with Reiki started back on Long Island NY.  The lineage in which I was taught is Usui Reiki. I have since studied Crystal Reiki for anyone interested in raising their healing vibrations a little more using crystals.

Crystal Bowl  and sound healing for relaxation along with meditation.  Using other instuments also to raise vibrations within yourself for healing.

These are gentle modalities that contribute to a fuller more expansive life.  Healing begins with us individually.  Our one light can light hundreds more, for sure it is what our world needs.
