Maybe you have journaled before. If not it's a great thing to consider doing. Especially when we do things like meditation. It can help to clear things up, reflect on those thoughts you may have had during meditation. Eventually you can integrate those little bits of wisdom you have learned when you go into your inner being, your higher self. I know for myself in looking back over the years because I still have those journals, I can see with more clarity the patterns I have adopted within myself and then I can work on those things I need to change (or not)
